Operator, business stage, and current service status
BEICHEN is operated by BEICHEN, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.
BEICHEN is currently pre-revenue and in pre-launch / early-access validation. We plan to offer paid digital products to customers in the United States and internationally.
Planned revenue includes one-time digital purchases and subscription access. Public payment processing, paid checkout, automatic renewal, and paid human services are not enabled, so the public product cannot create an order, subscription, or charge.
Several informational pages, account tools, and limited early-access product experiences are publicly available. Each surface identifies its actual availability and limitations.
We do not use your questions or readings to train models, and we do not run automatic learning or sensitive recommendation profiles from user content.
Data export and account deletion requests currently use controlled review processes. After signing in, open Account → Privacy to use the request controls.

Safe and lawful use
Do not use BEICHEN to replace emergency services or professional medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice.
Do not submit content that unlawfully exploits, threatens, harasses, or exposes another person, and do not seek instructions for causing harm.
Submit only information and materials that you are permitted to provide. Do not include passwords, access tokens, complete payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Account and product boundaries
Do not attempt to access another person's profile, question, reading, inquiry, support request, or account data.
Do not bypass product-availability, entitlement, payment, safety, rate-limit, or administrative gates.
Features identified as unavailable, internal, staged, or under review are not public service commitments.
