Operator, business stage, and current service status

BEICHEN is operated by BEICHEN, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

BEICHEN is currently pre-revenue and in pre-launch / early-access validation. We plan to offer paid digital products to customers in the United States and internationally.

Planned revenue includes one-time digital purchases and subscription access. Public payment processing, paid checkout, automatic renewal, and paid human services are not enabled, so the public product cannot create an order, subscription, or charge.

Several informational pages, account tools, and limited early-access product experiences are publicly available. Each surface identifies its actual availability and limitations.

We do not use your questions or readings to train models, and we do not run automatic learning or sensitive recommendation profiles from user content.

Data export and account deletion requests currently use controlled review processes. After signing in, open Account → Privacy to use the request controls.

Information covered by this policy

Account and authentication information, including email address, locale, consent records, and sign-in security events.

Person-profile and birth-context information that you choose to submit, such as name or nickname, date and time, location, time zone, and time-context preferences.

Questions, generated readings, conversation or product records, and private feedback that you choose to create or save.

Support communications and the information needed to respond to a request.

Technical, security, and diagnostic information needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and protect accounts.

How we use information

We use information to provide the requested account and product experience, preserve user-selected settings, save private records, respond to support, and maintain security and reliability.

We may use aggregated or de-identified operational information to understand whether pages and product flows work as intended, provided it is not used to reconstruct a private user record.

We use information only within the disclosed product scope and do not treat early-access participation as permission to open an unavailable paid or personalized service.

Information we do not currently collect or use

We do not use your questions or readings for model training.

We do not run automatic learning from user content.

We do not build sensitive recommendation profiles.

Because public payment processing is not enabled, the public product does not collect complete payment-card information or create payment transactions.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers for functions such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, security, monitoring, and customer support. They may process information only to provide those functions under their applicable contracts and safeguards.

Service providers may process information in countries different from where you live. Applicable safeguards and legal rights depend on the service and jurisdiction.

We do not provide complete payment-card data to a payment processor because public payment processing is currently disabled.

Retention, export, correction, and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide an active account or saved product record, protect the service, resolve disputes, satisfy legal obligations, and complete a valid deletion request. Different record types may require different periods.

After signing in, use Account → Privacy to request export or deletion. You may also contact the published support address for access, correction, or privacy questions.

Deletion may not remove records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or the protection of another person's rights; any such exception is reviewed rather than applied automatically.

Security, account separation, and age boundary

We use access controls and account-scoped authorization intended to keep private profiles, questions, readings, and support requests separated between users. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Do not share credentials or submit passwords, access tokens, complete payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive information in questions, feedback, or support messages.

Public account creation is intended for adults age 18 or older. The service is not directed to children.

Changes and contact

We will update this policy before enabling materially different data collection or a paid service that requires new handling. A new content version or effective date will be shown when applicable.
