Operator and current stage

BEICHEN is operated by BEICHEN, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company.

BEICHEN is a pre-revenue business in pre-launch / early-access validation. Informational pages, account tools, and limited product experiences may be available, while public payment processing and paid services remain disabled.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate registration information, protect your credentials, and use only profiles and records you are authorized to manage.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access through Contact and Support.

Nature and limits of the service

BEICHEN provides decision support for reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Outputs offer perspective and structured reflection; they do not guarantee any outcome.

Xi is the product conversation voice. Illustrative portraits on the site are not documentary photographs.

Your content and permitted use

You retain responsibility for the questions, profile details, feedback, and materials you submit. Submit only content you are permitted to provide and do not expose another person's private information without authorization.

Do not misuse the service, access another account, bypass safety or availability gates, interfere with operation, scrape private content, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

The Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these product boundaries.

Current commercial status and future offers

No public checkout, recurring subscription, paid booking, or card charge is currently enabled. Displayed prices or product descriptions are advance information and are not an offer that can presently be accepted through the site.

BEICHEN plans to earn revenue from one-time digital purchases and subscription access. Before any paid offer opens, the site will show the exact product, price, currency, billing type, delivery terms, cancellation or refund rules, and final confirmation before payment.

A disabled payment button cannot create an order, entitlement, booking, subscription, or charge.

Intellectual property

The BEICHEN name, software, interfaces, original text, visual designs, and compiled product materials are owned by or licensed to BEICHEN, LLC unless otherwise stated.

Your limited permission to use a public or account feature is personal, non-transferable, and subject to these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of the service or permit copying, resale, reverse engineering, or removal of rights notices except where law expressly allows it.

Availability, third-party services, and changes

Early-access features may change, pause, or close while we verify quality, rights, security, and operational readiness. A page being visible does not mean every associated runtime or commercial feature is available.

The service may rely on third-party hosting, authentication, email, analytics, or other infrastructure. Their separate terms may apply when you interact directly with them.

We may suspend access needed to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or prevent harm. We will not use a suspension to represent an unavailable paid service as delivered.

Disclaimers and responsibility

Use your own judgment and seek qualified professional advice for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency decisions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an as-available basis without promising uninterrupted operation or any particular outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

Questions and changes to these Terms

These Terms remain a public draft pending external legal review while paid services are closed. A material revision will display a new content version or effective date before it governs a paid transaction.
